RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
OVERVIEW
Our Return Policy lasts 90 days and it takes effect from the time you receive your purchase. If more than 90 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or price equivalent in store credit. For damaged product, we will send replacement after customer sends proof of defect if provided within 14 days.
Assuming you return your purchase within 90 days from receipt, to be eligible for a return:
- Product must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn and it its original packaging.
- Product packaging must be intact and returned to us in an appropriate shipping container.
- Product must be returned to the return facility address provided by our customer service.
- Must contact customer service to obtain an RMA# before processing returns.
- A 10% restocking fee may be made on all goods returned, as well as reconditioning charge if required, as determined by Production Products, Inc. Any goods returned without our permission may be refused.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Product is returned damaged
For reasons of health protection, sanitary and hygiene, unless they are faulty, we cannot offer refunds on our products unless they are returned within 14 days from the time you received your purchase, new, unused/unworn, and intact in their original packaging.
To ensure the quick processing of your return please confirm the return facility address with our customer service at cs@nugizmoco.com or call 1-888-874-4146 and provide us with the tracking number. All products must be returned to the return facility address confirmed by our customer service agent, otherwise we may reject your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Return will be processed within 90 days upon receipt of the returned item at the returns facility. Once the return has been processed, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Approved returns may be refunded or exchanged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item or you want to request for a refund send us an email at cs@nugizmoco.com. Approved refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order. For orders made by credit card, the amount to be refunded will be visible on the next bank statement of the card. The time of processing may vary depending on the issuing company of the credit card, this time generally takes up to 90 days after receiving the returned product.

REFUNDS:
We will credit the customer when the received package containing the originally ordered product(s), either opened or unopened, is postmarked within 30 days of the received date and the included RMA number obtained from customer service. We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions including shipping and handling charges. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith. To process your refund, you must supply us with your name and delivery address. If you provide us with insufficient or incorrect information your refund will be delayed. Once a refund has been approved please allow for up to 5 business days for the refund to apply. Depending on the bank that issued the credit card, your refund can take up to 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued by us, please call our customer service department. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
